According to an Oct. 26 report from the New York Post, the UFC is set to introduce a sexy new octagon girl for its Nov. 10 ‘UFC on Fuel TV’ event in Macau, China.
The UFC event in Macau, China, is set to feature a main event of Rich Franklin against Cung Le, in a battle of two MMA legends.
However, all eyes will be on Kang Ye-bin, the UFC’s newest octagon girl.
“I’m thrilled to be Korea’s first Octagon girl,” Kang told Chosun Media. “I’m just a little anxious whether I’ll be able to do a good job, but I’ll try my best and hopefully can raise the spirits of our three Korean fighters in the UFC.”
Ye-bin is a regular on Korea’s “Super Action” cable television channel and also hosts its “UFC Insider” program.
Despite being a newcomer to the MMA scene, Ye-bin isn’t shy about her expectations. She already said she hopes to look sexier than UFC octagon girl veteran Arianny Celeste.
“I’d like to look sexier and hotter than Arianny Celeste,” Ye-bin said.
Celeste has been with the UFC since 2006, and she recently ventured into the field of music. It’s unclear if Celeste will also be appearing at the China event.
