Tim Tebow ends Hines Ward’s season
Tim Tebow‘s stunning 80-yard touchdown pass to Demaryius Thomas on the first play of overtime gave Denver the 29-23 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers and in effect ends the season for Hines Ward. Tim Tebow is having an amazing season with seven 4th quarter or overtime comeback victories.
Hines Ward was held without a catch in the Steelers’ Wild Card round loss to the Broncos. The 36-year old Ward has had a sub-par year for the Steelers catching 46 passes for 381 yards in starting just 9 games. In 14 seasons for the Steelers, Ward has six 1,000 yard seasons.

Looks like it could be Hines Ward last season. he’ll get paid $4million if he stays with the Steelers – which is probably too much to spend on a 5 receiver. It’s too bad. But Ward has had a good career.
I can’t believe he didn’t make any catches in the game. Doubt this was his last year but if it was, tough way to go out.
