Darren Wu and William Vu are selected to represent U23 Canada in World Ultimate

After Team Canada announced its final roster on Tuesday, a total of 23 players from the AUDL – 17 from the United States and six from Canada – will potentially be representing their country in the 2015 U23 World Junior Ultimate Championships held in London, England.

The Vancouver Riptide boast the most selections of any team in the AUDL with four players making the finalized roster. And although the Riptide barely missed making the playoffs in 2014, their young core was instrumental in making big plays and consistently keeping the team in contention against the leviathans out West like the San Jose Spiders. Darren Wu 39 goals was a revelation in primetime matchups with his aerial acrobatics, and William Vu 24 assists and 16 Ds was a dangerous two-way force for the Vancouver squad.
