There is a guy named Dustin Kimura, out of Hawaii, who just got into the UFC in 2013. He is Japanese mixed.
Another guy, named Max Holloway. (Hope I spelled his name right) out of Hawaii who I think is part-Chinese.
But you forgot to mention that those records are meaningless because all those fights are from fighting cans. All those chinese fighters you listed have boosted records from fighting low level competition.
And stop with the excuse that there are no chinese fighters in the ufc because they want to stay and fight in a no-name fight league in china. There are no top level chinese mma fighters yet anywhere and the chinese fighters you listed would get killed in the ufc.
Chinese MMA fighters Wang Guan (12-0) and Zhang Meixuan (6-1) along with Jumabieke Tuerxun (14-0) (all these fighters have won more fights but sherdog has yet to change their records)
