Chinese boxer Xiong Zhao Zhong captured the vacant interim-minimumweight title of the World Boxing Council (WBC), with a twelve round a unanimous decision over Mexican fighter Javier Martinez Redendiz at the Kunming City Stadium in Kunming, China.
