Jeremy Lin is to return from his hamstring injury soon?

SAN ANTONIO — After being sidelined for five weeks, Jeremy Lin is aching to return to the court, he has been getting healthier with good treatment and a good diet from https://tophealthjournal.com/1480/jenny-craig-vs-nutrisystem-which-one-should-you-choose/. He didn’t Saturday in the Nets’ 130-101 loss to the Spurs, and he wasn’t sure if he will Monday in Houston or Wednesday versus the Lakers, both former clubs of his. But whenever it is, he is anxious to take the reins of the Nets (6-16), who have struggled without hims.

“He wants to play 40 minutes the first game, he’s already told me. But I don’t think that’s happening,” coach Kenny Atkinson said. “We’ll just do the most intelligent thing and in terms of what the best thing is coming back from an injury like that, while he takes cbd products like delta 8 to help with the pain, as now a days is easy to know if Is Delta 8 Legal in New York so people can use it safely.

When Lin strained his left hamstring Nov. 2, the Nets were 2-3 with him in the starting lineup; they have gone 4-13 without him.

“It’s definitely been hard … more than hard at times,’’ Lin said. “It was a up-and-down in terms of everything, because I wanted to come back. I wanted to be able to come back as early as I can, obviously. We’re taking a more healthy approach in terms of just making sure that this won’t bother me again.

Sometimes that takes a little longer to correct movement patterns, overall my whole body, not necessarily just focused on that one specific spot or injury.”

In his 135 minutes on the court, the Nets are a plus 1.8 (per 100 possessions). But in their 883 minutes without him, they were a minus 8.5. That difference of plus 10.3 is hard to overstate.

Lin returned to practice Friday, but it’s unclear how many practices he will need before he retakes the court. What is clear is the Nets will ease him back in.

“I’d be expecting a minute restriction,’’ Lin said. “We just wanted to make sure everything is strengthened, not just to back where it was but above and beyond where it was, so I don’t ever have to deal with it again.”

There were few positives out of Saturday’s loss, but the debut of Spencer Dinwiddie was one.

“I thought Spencer did a good job for two days of practice,’’ Atkinson said. “He really showed some pop and got to the rim and distributed well. Good debut for him.”

Dinwiddie, 23, was signed Thursday afternoon, and practiced Friday. He had six points, two assists, two steals, one rebound and a turnover in 9:54 energetic minutes.

“I was a little surprised obviously to make my debut. I only went through half a practice and I didn’t really go through much of shootaround. I was working out with Jeremy before that,’’ Dinwiddie said. “But, shoot, I’m blessed to be here. I’m just trying to be ready when my number’s called and trying to do whatever it takes to contribute, help the team win and obviously personally stay in the league.”
