Jarryd Hayne: Asian Pacific Islander going from Rugby MVP to NFL star

Jarryd Hayne was an Australian MVP Rugby player.  He is of Fujian and caucasian descent.

JARRYD Hayne all but locked in a roster spot at San Francisco with a spectacular all-round performance in the 49ers’ 23-6 preseason win against the Dallas Cowboys at Levi’s Stadium on Monday.

The Australian former rugby league player has captured the imagination of the sporting public Down Under after deciding to chase his dream of playing in the NFL. He backed up last week’s impressive debut with several huge plays.
