Jeremy Lin News: ”Linsanity’ Scores 21 in Los Angeles Lakers’ First Win, Says He Is Still Adjusting To Kobe Bryant

Jeremy Lin had his best game in a Los Angeles Lakers uniform as the 26-year-old point guard led his team to a 107-92 win against the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday at Staples Center.

Lin erupted for 21 points on 8-for-12 shooting from the field, including 3-of-6 from beyond the arc, while also tallying seven assists and three rebounds to help the Lakers score their first win this season after losing in their first five games.

“The one thing about today is we were talking, we were engaged, we were moving, we were trying to make it difficult [for Charlotte],” Lin said via Taipei Times. “We were just trying to make them take some tough jump shots.”

Lin’s backcourt partner, Kobe Bryant, also had another impressive performance as he finished with 21 points to go along with six rebounds and four assists. After the game, Lin said that he is still adjusting to Bryant, but they are getting comfortable to each…
