Han Hye Jin Says She′ll Try to Help Ki Sung Yueng Through His SNS Controversy

Han Hye Jin, who recently wed soccer player Ki Sung Yueng, opened up on the recent controversy surrounding the statements her husband made online.

The actress appeared at the press roundtable held on July 10 for SBS Healing Camp′s 100th episode, and was asked by press on whether she is aware that “some say it is a time when Ki Sung Yueng will need his wife′s support.”



The soccer player was recently criticized by netizens for leaving scathing remarks about former national soccer team manager Choi Kang Hee in a secret social network account.

On the issue, Han Hye Jin said, “I believe we′ll have to receive beatings when we have to since my husband and I both have jobs which exposes us to the public. We are trying to weather hard times right now, but I believe we′ll get a chance to rise again with time.”

She added, “Athletes need to keep their minds calm, so I believe I′ll have to help him in those aspects. We′ll learn through this incident and mature, and try to show a better side of ourselves in the future.”

Han Hye Jin will be leaving Healing Camp in late July to join her husband in Britain.
